Mr Ivan Koh
Ivan oversees the development of regulatory policies for a safe, sustainable and innovative healthcare landscape in Singapore.
He was previously at IMDA, where he was responsible for and conceptualised policies to position Singapore for a Digital Future, including Singapore’s new international trade agreements to establish international rules, set benchmarks and align standards to facilitate the Digital Economy (Digital Economy Agreements); upgrades to Singapore’s fibre broadband network to enable faster speeds at affordable consumer prices (10G Nation-wide Broadband Network); and new regulations to ensure resilient, secure and sustainable Digital Infrastructure undergirds Singapore’s economy and society (Digital Infrastructure Act).
Prior to joining the public service, Ivan was a lawyer at Baker McKenzie. He has experience advising on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
